Patrick has a proven track record of success in residential real estate sales, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail development sales team, and has built a reputation as one of Vail’s top real estate brokers. Patrick’s sale of 424 Forest Road for $19M in 2019 was nominated by Inman Golden I Award in the category of Best mountain sale of 2019.

Having lived in the Vail Valley for more than 13 years, Patrick is a market expert in the many diverse neighborhoods and communities that surround the world-class ski resorts of Vail & Beaver Creek.
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, where he double-majored in International Business and Marketing, with a minor in Spanish Language & Literature. He is an avid telemark skier, hiker, cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Patrick lives in EagleVail with his wife, Meredith, son, Walker and daughter, Bailey.
