Raised in Galveston, this University of Texas business school graduate remained in the hospitality industry for several years assisting guests to achieve the ultimate vacation. Later, switching gears to property management, he launched East West Resorts’ Bachelor Gulch division.
After establishing a high-volume property management portfolio, Tom leveraged his vast market contacts for quick success in sales. With years of market knowledge, he became a top real estate producer selling luxury properties in Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Lionshead with his career sales exceeding $500 million and at one point was #1 agent at Berkshire Hathaway for the state of Colorado. When he was later recruited by Vail’s consistently #1 broker, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Tye Stockton, he knew it was a smart move to join his dynamic real estate team with high producing agents who average well over $100M in sales annually.
