Since 1994, when we purchased a one week time share ownership in Beaver Creek, my husband and I knew that we eventually wanted to spend as much time as possible in the Vail Valley and eventually retire there. Somewhat impulsively, we planned a fall visit in 2016 with the intention of evaluating the options of where to live when the day came to purchase. Fortunately for us, we ended up with Tom Dunn as our realtor. Tom spent two full days with us and was informative, responsive and proactive to our needs.
