Mastering the Art of Being Connected
With a goal to offer attendees the opportunity to collaborate with brokers in Colorado-area feeder markets and beyond, and to discover exciting initiatives taking place within the global SIR brand, LIV SIR recently hosted LIV CONNECT 2016, a regional western networking event bringing together some of the most influential leaders and broker professionals within the SIR network, both locally, and from feeder markets across the United States.
We COLLABORATED with brokers in our area feeder markets, EMBRACED the unique Sotheby’s International Realty culture, and took it upon ourselves to COMMIT to achieving success by mastering the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
There were several SIR luxury real estate experts from around the country discussing their best practices. Bobby Stuckey, Master Sommelier of Frasca Food & Wine, discussed hospitality and how to reach individuals on a personal level. Rob Katz, Chairman and CEO of Vail Resorts discussed the ski mountain resort areas and how they relate to real estate as well as the future of the resort industry. We had over 500 Sotheby’s International Realty associates in attendance from 35 different affiliates including two international (Belize and Cayman Islands).
The Stockton Group is constantly making global connections on behalf of our clients. They have brokered over $120M in network referrals since 2015.
